Bitcoin has gained nearly 70% of the markets this year, and most of the peaks were acquired in the past few weeks. The reason behind this scenario is the approval of 11 spot Bitcoin ETFs by the US Securities and Exchange in late January. These weeks have caused a lot of cash to be flooded into Bitcoin exchange-traded funds. There is also hope that the Federal Reserve soon cut its interest rates. US Spot ETF funds reached $2.2 billion of the 10 BTC spot ETFs in the week ending March 10. More than $2 billion goes into Blackrock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust, as per recent data.
The Grayscale Bitcoin Trust(GBTC) will become the largest BTC holder with 405k BTC, followed by the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) with 196k BTC.
The global cryptocurrency markets rose 1.6% to $2.68 trillion in the last 24 hours, while the total crypto market volume increased 41.66% to $132 billion. On the other hand, the volume of stablecoins grew 89.75% of the total crypto market to $118 billion in the last 24 hours.
