In wallet the customer can deposit and withdraw the amount into their account, while bitcoiva provides different options, the customer can choose accordingly to their wish.
All: In this category, a customer can view details about the currency they want to deposit. There are a total of 360 currencies available in the cryptocurrency exchange in India. It is displayed in order as currency logo of the coin, name o the coin, symbol of the coin, balance, in order balance, action.
Favorites: In the previous option all the currency will be displayed, but in favorites, only the particular currency marked as favorite by the customer will only be displayed.
Hide zero balance: when a customer selects the hide zero balance option only accounts with currency will be displayed and those accounts with zero balance will be hidden.
Search: The customer can choose a particular currency out of 174 coins available by entering the symbol of the coin.
Currency: The logo of the currency is displayed here.
Name: The name of the currency is displayed here.
Symbol: The symbol of the currency is displayed here.
Balance: The available balance of the currency is displayed here
In order balance: The balance of currency allocated for buying of the currency is displayed here
Action: Deposit and withdraw option of the currency is displayed here.

Select currency: The customer has to choose the type of cryptocurrency India they want to deposit their amount in, there will be many options in currency the customer has to choose the currency they want; there are a totally of 174 currencies available.
Transaction details: The customer has to enter their bank transaction details to process the transaction
Select network: The customer has to select any one of the networks from the given 2 types of network. They are binance chain (BEP2) and etherum (ERC20).
Submit: After completing the whole process the customer should click on submit to complete the transaction.
Fiat
Select currency: The customer has to enter the amount in united state dollar (USD) to deposit the amount where 1 USD is equal to 76 rs in INR (which can vary accordingly with the present market rate)
Select account: The customer has to enter the account from which they want to deposit the amount. If the customer is using only one account there is no need for them to change the account, but if the customer is using more than one account they have to select the correct account they are willing to deposit the amount.
Transaction id: The customer should enter the correct transaction id they want to make a deposit in and if they enter the wrong id the transaction will b denied.
Deposit amount: The customer has to enter the correct amount they want to deposit to the account.
Upload receipt: The customer should upload the image of the receipt they have done the transaction on for the purpose of verifying the transaction if.
Submit: After completing the whole process the customer should click on submit to complete the transaction.

Transaction id: The customer should enter the correct transaction id they want to make a deposit in and if they enter the wrong id the transaction will b denied.
Withdraw history: In here customers can see the overall withdrawal history they have done so far. That contains the date, currency, payment method, amount, fees; receive the amount, transaction id, and status of the transaction on the crypto exchange India.
Fiat
Select currency: The customer has to enter the amount in United States dollar (USD) to deposit the amount where USDT currency or INR currency.
Withdraw bank: The customer has to enter their own verified bank details from which they want to make the withdrawal.
Withdraw password: The customer has to enter the withdraw password correctly that they have created before.
Withdraw history: In here customers can see the overall withdrawal history they have done so far. That contains the date, currency, payment method, amount, fees, receive the amount, transaction id, status, and resend mail of the transaction.
